One of the more controversial cases on the fringe side of the spectrum has to be the controversy or theory of flying or floating humanoids. While there is yet, little to nothing that can account for or explain the different sightings and stories, it is interesting nonetheless and appeals to the truly weird.
Some of the most common and odd cases, that haven’t been immediately ruled out as hoaxes are:
Of course, as all things strange, Mexico is a breeding ground or hotspot for weird activity it seems and it’s not surprising most of the footage available is from Mexico:
Here we have Mexico City and there seems to be, what is described as some kind of purple light emitting from the waist area on this footage:
Again, another Mexico case. I’m particularly suspicious of this one:
I’m not sure where this footage was taken:
And for those interested, here is a documentary that discusses flying humanoids. The beginning footage is pretty creepy if you ask me:
Now the theories are generally this:
The humanoids are an RC or quad-copter dressed or built to look like a human. This theory does have some play on the footage available, depending on the year RC’s were capable of doing this, analyzed alongside the year the different footage was taken. One thing worth mentioning is that, from what I can tell, due to the quality of the footage, I don’t see much limb movement happening on the humanoids. The humanoids appear relatively stationary I think, and if a cast were made to put over an RC then you wouldn’t get any limb movement. Not saying this is the only reason I don’t notice any appendage motion, just one worthy of being recognized.
Another theory that has been used before is that this is military technology. In short, the W.A.S.P. Take a look at this:
Now unless someone has learned how to really fly or iron man is visiting our neighborhoods, I’m unsure on what these sightings really are.
In some footage that I have seen, it appears that whatever form that is hovering or floating has a difficult time keeping one particular shape, and it would appear that it is in a state of metamorphosis or shapeshifting.
In another very interesting case, a Mexican policeman claims to actually have been attacked by a flying humanoid and it is said:
“A huge, black object fell from a tree beside the street but it stopped just before touching the ground…and then slowly landed and turned itself to face the patrol car. At that moment, officer Samaniego knew that something was wrong. So he turned on the high beams of his car to try to see what was this black object that fell from the tree was.
That’s when Samaniego’s nightmare began.
‘It was a woman…all dressed in black that fell from the tree but she didn’t touch the ground, just remained floating several feet from the ground, declared officer Leonardo Samaniego. I saw her very well and then she landed softly on the ground and stood there looking at me. She was trying to cover her face from the lights of the car, I think they were bothering her. I could see two big black eyes on her, completely black without eyelids, and her skin was dark brown. She was all dressed in black with cloak and cape like a witch and she seemed very upset by the lights.’”
Some think these floating humanoids might be real life witches. It kind of fits the description of how I might consider a witch to look, minus the flying broom.
